Convenient stay with room for improvement
I stayed here for two nights and appreciated the central location. My room, though a bit snug for two, was comfortable for one. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast, but I found the bathroom in need of maintenance. Helpful staff could enhance the experience. Opt for a larger room if traveling in pairs!

I had a wonderful stay with an amazing breakfast spread, including specialty teas and plenty of options for granola pots! The room felt spacious and had a kettle, which was a lovely touch. However, the decor wasn't quite as modern as the photos.

I gotta say, the room key was on my phone. No fumbling with plastic cards. and I borrowed an umbrella when it rained! Talk about handy. Oh! And I really loved having the nespresso coffee maker in the room. Nothing like a good cup of coffee to start the day, don't you think?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, I got what I paid for.

The online check-in process significantly sped things up. Staff were friendly and took the time to greet us each time we walked by.
The room did not meet my expectations for a Deluxe Room.

fantastic access to parks and major attractions nearby
I recently spent three nights visiting and absolutely loved how close the Philips Museum is—just a short stroll of about 500 meters, which made my city exploration so much easier. plus, the vibrant atmosphere at the nearby Piazza Center, just 600 meters away, became my favorite hangout spot for evening snacks.

Centrally located near attractions, bicycle rental services, proximity to public transport
The air conditioning units are louder than a rock concert!!! A little upkeep on room cleanliness would go a long way. It's disappointing that the windows don’t open for fresh air when it's warm outside!!! Plus, those parking fees are downright shocking!!!

The room was really comfy, and the bed felt amazing—definitely a nice break from the festival tent! It was a clean space with a big TV and some cool amenities like a coffee machine and complimentary snacks. The bathroom was spacious, too, with both a bathtub and shower. I loved the late checkout option because we had a night out planned.

We had a fantastic time with friends exploring the nearby trails, including a fun 'wet boot' path. We enjoyed various events, like dance showcases, and loved the leisurely stroll through the Dommeltunnel. Just a heads up, parking can cost around 13.50 per day, and the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner, but the spacious rooms make up for it.
One of our group had a bit of trouble with the smaller bathroom in the suite. the shower cabin had a step up that felt a bit unstable. Just be cautious if it's your first time using it.
